Premier FAQ

Q: Are there any charges during the trial period?

No, there are no charges during the trial period. Make full use of the trial period to work with your MyPF Advisor on how you can achieve your financial goals!


Q: What are the different Premier subscription options?

  • Premier: annual 12 month subscription with full website Premier access, reports, etc
  • Premier Plus: annual 12 month Premier subscription with your own dedicated advisor


Q: What are the payment options available?

Multiple payment options are available including bank transfer, debit/credit card, and PayPal.


Q: What currency is the subscription fees quoted in?

Currency figures are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) unless stated otherwise.


Q: When does my Premier subscription start date begin?

Your Premier subscription start date begins from the date your signup is approved.


Q: Can I cancel and request a refund for my Premier subscription?

We only take on clients that we believe that we can truly help. If you are having any issues, we would love the opportunity to make it right!

However, if you would like to cancel your Premier subscription, please contact us for a refund of remaining months.

Note: The refund is only applicable for non-promotional rates.


Q: How will my Premier subscription renewal work?

After you complete your first year of Premier subscription, you will be renewed for your second year. If you paid via Paypal, the renewal is usually automatic. If you’re manually paying the renewal subscription, you have 30-days from your renewal end date to make payment and enjoy the promotional renewal rates. Your Premier subscription will be extended for 12 months from your previous renewal end date.

Click on Login with facebook/google OR register for MyPF Membership here.


Q: Have you just Registered?

If you have just newly registered, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your email.

Please allow up to 1 business day for your  Members access to be reviewed and approved by MyPF.


Q: I did not receive my confirmation / password reset email.

Check your junk mail. Sometimes it may take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation /password reset email to arrive.

If you still have not received your confirmation / password reset email after 30 minutes, please get in touch with us.


Q: I forgot my password.

Click here to reset your password

For example: will bring up the Shares Review: Public Bank page without having to navigate the entire side.
