  • Malaysian citizen with residency in Malaysia
  • Male/female head of household with entire household income RM4,000 or less
  • Senior citizen (age 60 above) with monthly income RM4,000 or less
  • Single (unmarried) individual above age 21 with monthly income RM2,000 or less

Documents:

  • NRIC for husband/wife/children
  • Divorce/death certificate (if applicable)
  • SSM business termination letter (from Oct 1, 2017) for applicants with SSM registered business
