Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (Prihatin National Aid) 2.0

  • One off assistance:
    • B40 Household: RM1,000
    • M40 Household: RM600
    • B40 Single: RM500
    • M40 Single: RM300
  • No application necessary but based on previous BPN 1.0 eligibility.
  • New applications allowed.
  • Disbursement in 2020 October and 2021 January.
  • RM7b allocation to 10.6m eligible recipients.

Program Subsidi Upah (Wage Subsidy Program) 2.0

  • For employers that face revenue reduction of 30% or more year on year.
  • 3 months wage subsidy of RM600 for up to 200 employees per employer.
  • For employers newly registered to program, entitled 6 months.
  • Applications open for companies registered with SOCSO from October 1 to December 31, 2020.

Geran Khas Prihatin (Prihatin Special Grant)

  • New application requirements:
    • For SMEs registered with SSM or local authorities (Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan) before September 1, 2020.
    • Annual revenue below RM300,000.
    • Not more than 4 employees (excluding owner).
  • One off RM3,000 assistance.
  • Applications open for eligible SMEs from October 1 to October 31 2020.
