The plan that is best for you would definitely depend on your individual needs.

Overall, Maxis with 4G LTE Mobile WiFi Modem is leading the pack speed-wise, devices-sharing & reasonably low costs as low as RM3.29 per GB (for the higher end plans). Do take note though of the quota being divided into peak / non-peak hours with non-peak quota being 3/4th of quota limit.
