Role of OC Department
- Planning for advisor activity
- Ensuring advisor have enough activity
- Advisor in managing client data
Planning for Call
- PFC is the person leading advisor in terms of the planning their monthly activities. The objective is to determine appointment slot, client list and specify the purpose for each client.
- PFC will assists advisor to filter the monthly client list and handover to Outbound caller after advisor review.
Outbound Caller
- Upon receive the name from PFC, outbound caller is the person who will contact client to setup the appointment, date and time follow by google calendar invitation.
Client Management
- Responsible to handle or update the latest information about client and to maintain the data in Master Client List.
Why OC
- Plan appointment in a more efficient and effective way.
- Supports for taking care all appointment and daily planning .
- The (t&c) will be set accordingly.
- Client can be identified according to their priority.
- Reducing business expenses.
- Better understanding on the importance of planning.
